Client Onboarding Project Manager
The Client Onboarding Project Manager, internally referred to as the Product Client Advocate, at MyAdvice is a client-facing project management professional who owns the setup, client training, and launch of the MyAdvice product and feature suite. This role is the cornerstone of delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and upgrades for existing clients, ensuring timely implementation and product adoption.
As a Product Client Advocate, you are a skilled project manager who can coordinate cross-functional teams, juggle multiple client engagements, and proactively manage deadlines. Your expertise extends beyond project management into deep product knowledge of the MyAdvice product and feature suite, allowing you to act as a subject matter expert for both internal teams and clients.

Essential Duties
- Project Management:
- Oversee multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, managing timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Communicate progress and status updates to both clients and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Product Knowledge Expertise:
- Become a subject matter expert on the entire MyAdvice product and feature suite, including website buildouts, proprietary platform integration, and dynamic data functionality.
- Educate clients on product features, demonstrating how they interconnect to meet business objectives.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable instructions for design and development teams, ensuring accurate implementation.
- Client Onboarding:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process with clear communication, training, and resources.
- Conduct detailed account walkthroughs, emphasizing the value and functionality of each product feature.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account management.
- Process Improvement:
- Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improving onboarding workflows and documentation.
- Contribute ideas and recommend tactical improvements to enhance the overall product setup and onboarding experience.
- Collaboration and Handoff:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during setup and implementation.
- Document and communicate all notable client interactions, configurations, and anomalies to the Customer Success Manager post-launch.

Preferred Skills
- Professional project management experience, including the use of project management tools
- Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, WordPress, and Google Workspace tools
- Experience in digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google My Business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years in a client-facing, project management, or product adoption role
- Proven experience managing the setup and implementation of digital products and services
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related education, preferred
- High speed internet connection to facilitate a remote working environment
